Five dead and 353 new cases with COVID-19 in Kosovo

Five people have died within the last 24 hours in Kosovo, as a result of infection with Coronavirus, reports Insajderi.

This was announced in the latest announcement of the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo, where it is further stated that 353 people have tested positive out of a total of one thousand 642 samples taken for testing.

The total number of positive cases is 55 thousand 851 cases and one thousand 410 deaths.

During the last 24 hours, 279 patients have been cured, while the total number of cured to date is a total of 49,269 cases, while the number of active cases is five thousand 172.

“Positive cases are from the municipalities: Prishtina 97 cases, Prizren 54 cases, Gjilan 28 cases, Peja 27 cases, Mitrovica 21 cases, Ferizaj 17 cases, Lipjan 15 cases, Fushë-Kosovë 14 cases, Klina 12 cases, Podujevë 8 cases, Gjakova 7 cases, Malisheva 7 cases, Shtime 6 cases, Drenas 5 cases, Istog 5 cases, Skenderaj 5 cases, Vushtrri 5 cases, Kamenica 4 cases, Obiliq 3 cases, Rahovec 3 cases, Deçan 2 cases, Dragash 2 cases, Suhareka 2 cases, Viti 2 cases and one case each in the municipalities of Gracanica and Kaçanik”, it is said in the notification of NIPHK. /Insajderi.com
