The acting Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has said that tomorrow is expected to sign the agreement for the establishment of diplomatic relations with the state of Israel, reports Insajderi.
Hoti announced this through a post on Facebook, where he further said that the formalization of state relations came after a telephone conversation held on September 4 last year with his counterpart from Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, while he was staying in Washington.
“As a result of the Washington Agreement, tomorrow we will sign the agreement for the establishment of diplomatic relations with the State of Israel”, Hoti wrote.
“The formalization of state relations comes after the telephone conversation I had on September 4, 2020 with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, from the Oval Office at the White House in Washington,” he said.
“Kosovo as a Parliamentary Republic, as a secular state, welcomes the recognition and establishment of diplomatic relations with the State of Israel and is committed to expanding cooperation in every field of mutual interest”. /Insajderi.com
